i don’t have xkit, but i think you have to have more than one blog? like on the main post, it asks if i want to reblog mine to another one of my blogs, but then i just.. click on.. my same blog AND TA DAH? but wait you have two blogs…

I do have two blogs.

When I try to reblog my own post, the option does not appear in the little dropdown menu to reblog it to honeydipper.

It kinda sucks because I often end up posting art late at night/early in the morning—- but mostly I would like to reblog my print and future commissions posts without spamming the people that follow both honeydipper and lambkillcombs.

Maybe if I was signed into lambkillcombs specifically? But that is about the same amount of run around/clicking that it takes to reblog it to there and back, and I know follow multiple people that often do reblogs for western/eastern hemisphere followers so they don’t have to scroll through a million miles of dash.

Sometimes I feel bad that Vritra’s role in Adam’s story doesn’t give him much agency. He basically serves as a storytelling device to be a point of obsession for Degare before Degare’s death, and a point of obsession for Adam after he himself dies.

He’s quite interesting in his own right, though, so sometimes I think of how the story would change if he lived through his sickness rather than succumb to it. I imagine he’d take up where Degare left off, except much more cruelly, and losing sight of Degare’s vision in his hubris.

This is me, my mom and my sister last Christmas.

My mom, after having dropped 20 pounds in a few weeks, was diagnosed with lung cancer this April and she is currently in stage 3. She has never smoked a day in her life, but her right lung is now covered with a tumor the size of a baseball. The cancer (which the doctors’ are still unsure of what type it is), is very aggressive and has started to spread to her lymph and a small part of her brain.

And because of many complications and the lack of urgency in the healthcare field in Oklahoma, we decided to move her to California for treatment (where all of our family lives). She has had to get 2 biopsies, 2 MRIs, 2 CT scans, and a PET scan and the chemo and radiation treatment hasn’t even started yet.

We live off a very small income by running a convenient store that my dad and my mom have owned and worked at for 18 years. It doesn’t make a lot of money, and with all of these bills will probably put us in debt for the rest of our lives. I am still in school and my sister is a school teacher, but even with her added income, it isn’t going to be enough to cover the overwhelming amount of bills we are starting to see.

Being my mother’s daughter, I have a hard time asking for any help, but this is something I feel I need to do. I am asking you, my wonderful followers and friends, the people of tumblr to signal boost this or donate. I appreciate any help, even just something small like spreading the word.

I really think if you’re an artist trying to get commissions through tumblr you should check out this site. They do take ten percent off which is kind of a lot, but I’m hoping that it helps with the exposure and all

It was a really smooth process using the website— it was pretty much just one extra step of signing up for Artists&Clients and then using paypal like normal. The website is super intuitive and easy to use and emphasizes communication between client and artist and it’s really nice.

Oh god yes he’s so good… But I think they change narrator in the later books?

Nooooooo I love the sound of his voice he has got a great voice! And it’s not monotonous like a lot of other audio books I’ve listened to— so I can sit in bed with my sketchbook while it plays and listen and not fall asleep!

He’s great, I wish they had more mention of who was actually narrating it. They said at the beginning of the first disc but never since and the re-packaging that the library did doesn’t list his name.

He’s fantastic though, I’m gonna be bummed if they do change the narrator.

This thought literally woke me up from a nap and I can’t remember jack shit else about the dream. I’m kind of upset because it seemed to be a pretty cool dream but that ending line just eclipses any other memory. I am pretty sure I was in a museum of some kind.
